This is a vintage, new, painted wood,

can be used for Paper Towel,

or Toilet Paper Rolls - Holder.

Very cute - Cat!

They come in box in three pieces:

Front, base , and tail.

with instructions for simple assembly.

Takes about a minute..

Measures 15 - 16" .

This is probably at least about 20 years,

has been in long term storage.
